1. Miss Asia 2004 (MA) is open to all USA and International female contestants age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees, directors, management, licensees and contractors of HealthCareSingles.com and/or its affiliates, and the immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, sibling or child) of the aforementioned are not eligible to enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes governed by US law. Void where prohibited.
2. The Contest will end when there is an equal amount of votes for each of our TOP 10 finalists. Each of the 10 finalists must have at least 1000 votes before they become our TOP 10 finalists. We require each female to have at least 1000 votes from site members, because it is the only way that their average scores will be fair. Hence, members who are ranked highest is not indicative of their final outcome, because they will need to meet the minimum number of vote requirement in order to sustain their winning position. Three winners will be chosen by us through face to face or phone interviews. The judging decisions will be based on each contestant's character, skills, ambition, career endeavors, and lastly, physical attributes. Contestant profiles must be current and accurate of their physical attributes as well as sincere in their profile.
   
   To enter Contest, you must be a female member of HealthCareSingles.com's singles community and each area of your online profile must be completed in its entirety. Profiles with 3 photos are mandatory of each contestant. The TOP 10 female finalists will be chosen based upon the average score of their total 1000 minimum votes by online members. Then, three female winners will be chosen to win first prize, second prize, and third prize, by our staff. Hence, contestants ranging from 1 st –10 th position all have an equal chance to win 1 st , 2 nd , or 3 rd prize. Criteria for winning include member's charismatic photos, profile originality, content, a personal phone interview, and site votes. All of these elements will be taken into consideration in order for members to win our Miss Asia title.
3. Our staff will award 3 prize positions to the final 3 winners of equal total votes by members. These include Miss Asia 2004, 2nd runner up, and 3rd runner up. To enter the contest, please visit http://www.HealthCareSingles.com and follow the online instructions for creating your unique HealthCareSingles.com profile. Limit one entry per person, regardless of number of profiles (only one profile per person allowed for entry). Contest open to single females only. Couples are not eligible to participate. Members found to have duplicate profiles, or manipulated HealthcareSingles's site in any way false, misleading, directly or indirectly will be disqualified. We track all actions on site.
4. Three winners will be awarded their respective prizes, listed above. Winners will be notified by telephone, mail and/or e-mail within seven (7) days of winning and will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility/liability and, where permitted by law, a publicity release which must be returned within 14 business days of date on notification or an alternative winner will be selected. The identity of all winners will be checked against profile as posted on HealthCareSingles.com. Any false information or use of outdated photos will cause forfeit of winnings. Aforementioned conditions also apply to all Winners generated through the HealthCareSingles.com referral program. Each winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees and charges on prize (including but not limited to income and sales tax). Any other expenses not mentioned herein are winner’s sole responsibility.
5. 5. All decisions are final and confirmed by HealthCareSingles.com Staff. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash. All entries become the property of HealthCareSingles.com and/or its affiliates. If the event that for any reason whatsoever, winners do not take the prize at the time stipulated by HealthCareSingles.com and/or its affiliates, the winners will forfeit the entire prize and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Prizes or prize notifications, which are undeliverable or unclaimed, will be forfeited and awarded to alternate winners.
6. By entering, participants agree to abide and be bound by the Contest Terms and Conditions. The potential winners release HealthCareSingles.com, CampusModels.com, its affiliates and employees from any and all liability with respect to the contest, receipt and use of the prize, and any direct and indirect incidences that occur during and after the contest. By acceptance, prize winners agree to be interviewed by HealthCareSingles.com and/or its affiliates about the Miss Asia 2004 for promotional purposes (where permitted by law) without further compensation or approval.
7. By accepting and/or using prizes, the winners agree and consent to the use of their names, voices, statements, photographs, likenesses and other personal information by HealthCareSingles.com, CampusModels.com, and/or its affiliates and their advertising and promotion agencies in this and similar promotions for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide and in perpetuity in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation online, without approval or compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating, the entrants and winners further specifically grant HealthCareSingles.com, CampusModels.com, and/or its affiliates and their advertising and promotion agencies the right to use and publish their name, city and state of residence online and in print, or any other media, worldwide and in perpetuity, in connection with this Contest.
8. HealthCareSingles.com, CampusModels.com, and/or its affiliates not responsible for any injury or damages to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from joining the HealthCareSingles.com member community, entering the Miss Asia Model Search 2004 or downloading any materials from the official Web site. HealthCareSingles.com, CampusModels.com, and/or its affiliates are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection, miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant, or entrant’s friend or associate to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operations of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, HealthCareSingles.com, CampusModels.com, and/or its affiliates reserve the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such entrant from the Contest. In the event that the Contest is, in the opinion of HealthCareSingles.com, CampusModels.com, and/or its affiliates, compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of HealthCareSingles.com, CampusModels.com, and/or its affiliates which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest, HealthCareSingles.com, CampusModels.com, and/or its affiliates reserve the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Contest at any time. Should the Contest or any portion thereof be suspended or terminated prior to the stated termination date, notice will be posted on HealthCareSingles.com’s home page. In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these Contest Terms and Conditions, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of the State of California and that it shall be resolved within and by the courts of that state, Orange County Courts.
9. HealthCareSingles.com and CampusModels.com is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes related materials; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, altered, or illegible entries; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Winners are solely responsible for payments of all federal, state, and local taxes on prize and for any travel or other expenses not specifically mentioned in prize description. HealthCareSingles.com reserves the right to cancel or modify Contest if fraud or technical failure compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by HealthCareSingles.com and CampusModels.com. This Contest offer is being made exclusively by HealthCareSingles.com and CampusModels.com. HealthCareSingles.com is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost, or unavailable network connections or fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission whether caused by HealthCareSingles.com, user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the process of submissions which may limit a participant's ability to participate in this contest. Entry into the Sweepstakes shall be deemed acceptance of the above terms and conditions of entry.
10. In order to qualify for the Miss Asia 2004 Contest, each winning profile must be fully completed. This means that all and every section in each person’s “My Account Profile” must be answered. For example, each profile contains questionnaires in sections called: my account, my profile, my interests, my personality, my writings, my match criteria etc. These sections can be found in each profile’s account management screen. Profiles found incomplete or falsely created in order to enter into the contest will be disqualified, and the winning positions will be given to the next sincere and qualified profiles.
    Personal essays should meet the minimum 2 mandatory questions. And each personal essay should sincerely represent the individual and have at least 200 characters. Profiles that do not match the winning recipient will be disqualified. Profiles with 3 photos are mandatory. Clear face shot, casual, and fashion or dress photos are mandatory. Swimsuit photos are optional. No lingerie or provocative, nude, or inappropriate photos will be allowed.
11. Contestants must not have been convicted of a crime or felony in the past or present. Contestants must not have been or in the future be involved in any form of video, film, print, prostitution, or employment that requires her to be in partial, or complete nudity during her reign, in the past, or the present.
12. Profiles with false misrepresentation of the true identity of the registered member will not be qualified to claim the prize. Before the prize is awarded to the female winners, the staff of HealthCareSingles.com will check to verify the correct represented identity of all 3 winners. These rules prevent individuals from creating false pretend profiles in order to win the Miss Asia 2004 Contest. This contest is ONLY for singles, not married individuals nor couples. The purpose of our contest is to allow 3 Miss Asia individuals to have a chance to brace the covers of CampusModels.com and help launch their modeling careers. Hence, only single females are qualified for this contest.
